THINGS TO KNOW:
Our herbal blends are hand crafted in small batches. Created with 100% organic, wild crafted and/or locally sourced herbs.
Each blend contains 2-4weeks of herbs depending on personal usage.
We suggest 1-2 tbp. per 8oz of hot water, 1-3 times a day depending on personal needs
YES, You can consume more than one blend at a time. We suggest staring with one and working your way up to consuming 3 blends at one time this allows you body to communicate how each blend is working with you body.
HYDRATE: While consuming teas or tinctures stay hydrated by drinking plenty of spring water.
After tea has been brewed it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
A clean diet is ALWAYS supportive when consuming herbal teas
DO NOT ADD SUGAR instead try 100% maple syrup, local honey or blue agave if necessary
